If you purchase Malkah Areli LLC products, we collect billing information. We do not store any billing information. This information is used only to complete the purchase transaction. We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. We will use your information for communication with you regarding our products/services.
We do not sell, rent or lease your information to the third party. Malkah Areli LLC collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your skin and your experience with Malkah Areli. If you're not fully satisfied, you may return eligible products under the following conditions:
• Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on:
• Opened or used products.
• Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways.
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our Customer Care team at contact@malkahareli.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Ship the product back within 7 business days of receiving return authorization.
4. Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Company error or defective product.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Notify us within 5 days of delivery.
• Include photos and a description of the issue.
• We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
